Great River Walk- A great experience walking along Nepean River

We had a great walking experience in Penrith CBD about 60 km away from Sydney. This famous walking trail is along the Nepean River having pictures beauty. It was Monday but we met good number of people walking with their family, friends and pets.

I don't know what to say because this is the first time I have learned of a "walking trail" and from what I understand, it is not really a trekking but more for a leisurely walk. I have to agree that it is an experience to traverse that path and it looks like there are lots to see along the way. And with the mention of pets, that gives me the desire because we are pet lovers and we usually bring along our pets in camping trips. But we can walk maybe up to 5 kilometers only.

I must clear it that while it's not possible to walk the entire distance by ordinary walkers but if you check the entire walk you will be astounded to see the length and views on offer. I suggest you go through this link and see what you can do here

This looks mesmerizing. I always love to walk and if it is beside a water body it gives me a out if this world feeling. I hope you had a great time there .
If I was there then it would act as a great stress buster for me. I'm desperate to be there.
