Trekking and Hiking

Postby naruto100 » Fri Feb 10, 2017 10:58 pm

We have big group here who love to do trekking and hiking frequently during holidays. We have group on online social site on which we used to post our plan and time tables so that each and everybody can take benefit of it.

This is really mind refreshing thing for me personally. Hiking at lonely place like jungle is really peaceful and mind refreshing. Sometimes we also used make overnight plans which is another exciting kind of experience. And yes it is having its own health benefits too.

What about you? Do you love hiking and trekking kind of things? Any interesting experience to share, then do it.

I have only gone hiking a few times in my life and I can truly say I love it. The most memorable time was when only one of my cousins and I went to a huge park that had trails in it. The trails led us to very beautiful scenes and hills to go up on. I had never experienced nature like that before. It was very tiring but well worth it as the experience I will never forget. I really wish there were park places like those near my area, sometimes I wish I could go back to where I used to live.

I love hiking. I try to keep a frequency of at least 2 times a month. In every hiking, I usually spend about 3 or 4 hours (no more than that).

I always go hiking with my family, my friends, my co-workers or my girlfriend. But I also like to go it alone when I want to think better about my life or when I just want to stay some time with myself (I consider this a form of natural therapy 8-) ).

Very true. This is the best way by which we can have experience of true nature. During this we have found many good places where we can spend some really good time. We found pure nature with fresh air so that it is quite good for health too. Here we used to go on hiking with big group, so we have really good fun during this time.

I love trekking and hiking. I have several hikes with different groups of people at various points in time. All the experiences have been unique and fun.

The closeness with nature, clean fresh air and the tranquil that one experiences is real break that we need from daily routine.

Yes its real and much needed break after daily routine of work. With fresh nature and air we can have lots of refreshment. That is why we prepar such program one or two times every month. And people love to join us for the same.

The trekking I do now is usually with my nephews and nieces. Unlike when I was younger when we tread the pathway to the forest, now it's mostly the grassy field. Times have changed not because I am old already but it's the places that were not there anymore.

Last month my wife and I were in Kota Kinabalu in Malaysia. There was a forest trail that looked good for trekking because it is a forest but no wild animals. Unfortunately my wife refused to join me and it's foolish to be trekking by myself. So it was a lost opportunity because my nephews were not with us.

Ha ha.. Yes trekking alone is not good idea too. Here we are having big group so that we can all have fun together. Here we found forest area easily near by. About animals, yes there are some wild animals and we found bears too sometimes. But as we used to be in big group they just stay away. So in short it is quite exciting to move in such place.

I love hiking. My goal is to go 20km in one day. My personal best for now is about 15km. All I need is sun and good weather and I'm happy. :)

I will prefer trekking to hiking all the time. Trekking is a mild slowly exercise for the body. On the other hand I see hiking as too vigorous a form of walking or trekking, this may go too rapid or fast for the systems sometimes.
I can trek some kilometers on a good day but if I am to do hiking I'd definitely get tired soon that I may not be able to cover a reasonable distance.
