You are quite active and that's really good that you can maintain your weight that easily.
For me my job is kind of whole day sitting in the office. Even though at late evening after coming from the office I feel kind of mentally tired so don't used to go anywhere for walking. I tried to walk in the morning many time but you know that I am not that consistent. So for me it is hard to even maintain the weight. So for that I do dieting too. But it is kind of hard thing for sure. Lol
