Just came across the site 100% Pure New Zealand, and let me tell you I was well impressed with the site.

Bungee, Caving, Off-road, Skydiving, Rafting, and the list just goes on and on. Is this enough to get you interested?

My desire to go to New Zealand is the ranches. I'm not much into physical activities like you have mentioned especially the bungee, I may be too old for that. What I want to experience in New Zealand is to see the grazing cattle, the lambs and the sheep. I have been imagining of the prairie. I also want to see how they process the dairy products especially the cheese and butter.

Don't worry, New Zealand is not just about the extreme sports. There are also quite a few back-country experience. You can do a farm stay experience and stay on a sheep or diary farm to see how they live on a day to day basis. New Zealand is one big beautiful farmland.
