Night biking is no doubt a bit risky. But still if the road is selected with some caution biking in moon light can be real fun. A road in good condition with no heavy traffic can be a real fun element in night biking.. Above all a good company to enjoy biking with is also important.

I too think that biking at night is a problem and is not safe to drive at night time. If it is for a short distance then it is fine but cycling for a long distance would be risky.
